    Question

This is for girls AND guys... and as many of you MAY be thinking... I do NOT mean, penis size!! Had to get your attention SOMEHOW!

I am talking about FIGURE... how important is it to you girls to have a great body? And guys, do you REALLY only want a girl with a perfect body?

I believe that being a little over weight is becoming more and more socially acceptable. As well it should be. But that doesnt change the fact that so many girls are SO insecure about their weight. I am one of them. I beat myself up for it, and I guess I really dont look that bad. Is there ANYWAY to get rid of this "thin is in" thing????

I hope so, because we are all beautiful.... we just dont know it.

    ~((resonance))~f.

(actually... the penis size issue may be interesting too*L*... aren't guys insecure about THAT?)

size doesn't matter......in ANY case! i won't say that i don't like thin girls (because i do), but there are plenty of girls that are bigger and still catch my attention! (and i don't mean bigger "upstairs"!) most people are finally beginning to realize that life is short, women and men are beautiful in their own right, and that they need to learn to accept things as they are. i'm not thin and i know LOTS of girls that are still wanting me right now. (of course, i'm not BIG either). i'm 5'8", 185 lbs.

i try to tell everyone to just be yourself and don't try to change for someone--that's the worst thing you can do. it gives them the satisfaction of knowing they can force you to do anything. trust me, there are LOTS of lonely people in this world (i'm also one of them)--i'm not saying that i'll go for ANY girl that comes by me, but let's just say, i'm leaving my options OPEN. in other words, just because i'm lonely, doesn't mean i'm gonna go for anything that moves, just to make me feel a "part" of something. personally, size is an afterthought. sure you may notice "size" when you first see someone, BUT once you see their true nature and their personality, it might change your entire outlook on life. personality is the key--looks are good too, but ONLY if the person has a great personality.

ok, as for the penis "size" thing--i'd say i'm at an average to big size (but then again, i don't run around measuring other guys either!) i'm about 6 1/2-7 inches long (width is about 4-4 1/2 inches--if you measure AROUND)--yes, i actually measured! biggrin (hey! i was bored! what else could i have done?!) wink (btw: that measurement was done while "hard")

well, that's enough on THAT subject for now! wink

funny you should post that question, because the following is from yesterday's Ann Landers column.....

    "Dear Ann Landers:

This is in response to 'Council Bluffs, Iowa', who was married to a terrific guy, but said she wasnt attracted to him sexually because he wasnt good-looking. She said he was a devoted father and a hardworking, kind, loving person. After 11 years of marriage, she thought his appearance shouldn't matter, but she was becoming obsessed with the fact that he wasnt better-looking.

She has her priorities messed up. I was married to a great-looking man who turned out to be a loser. He had a serious booze problem, was a terrible father, and alienated all my friends and relatives. Eventually, he left me for his secretary.

'Council Bluffs' should adore her homely husband because he treats her well and has good character. If she cannot do this, she should find someone as shallow as she is, and let that terrific guy go.

    -- Stroudsburg, PA"

And Ann's answer to that was.....

    "Dear Stroudsburg:

Women who marry for good looks or money are in the same leaky boat as men who make that same mistake. Men can get bald, woman can get fat, both can get wrinkled, and the money picture can change overnight. Marriages built on true love, mutual interests, respect and the willingness to weather the storms together are destined to succeed."

    Go Ann! *G

personally, someone's looks are secondary to me.....and i've been judged based on both sides of the spectrum myself, and it sucks both ways; when someone deems you unworthy because you're unfit in their eyes, and when someone places too much emphasis on their approval of your looks and doesnt seem to notice or appreciate the person you are inside.

as far as weight and figure goes? it's all temporary......bodies can change; souls and personalities, not so much......just as someone who's overweight can get in shape, someone who isnt can either get fat, or worse....they can be maimed and scarred for life, which is irreversible.......but i'll tell you something.....my husband has seen my weight fluctuate some in the last 14 years, but he's never once made me feel any less sexy to him than the first time he checked out my ass as i walked from his taxi, when he made the decision that he would make me his.....and the same goes for me about him.....he'd still be my favorite toy even if he doubled his weight

penis size? let's just say that if you met the perfect man, but he wasnt blessed in that department, there are always dildos, which both of you could get into you using *G...........'course, that's easy for me to say cuz that isnt something i even have to think about here at home *W

throughout highschool i was very insecure about my figure. i wore baggy clothing and t-shirts ALL the time ... i was a size 9 then. i'm a size 11 now and have grown more confident of my body. i try to wear more femine clothing now, and no longer wear baggy clothing.

    Personally speaking Rez.
She could drop dead gorgeous but have only half a neuron.
When I fall for someone it's the thought's and feelings that I attract me.
I also think that media has fucked with our minds with their practically anorexic presentation of the female form.

I remember a few years ago gucci demanded an ad to pulled from vogue as they said the model could wear the watch as belt.

As regards guys .....well I'm only 5'5" so I'm kinda out the running anyway.
    To qoute from Pulp Fiction.

    Personality goes a long way.

well if it means anything ...
marilyn monroe, considered by some to be one of the sexiest screen stars ever, was many different sizes. her closet ranged from size 2-16, but at whatever size she was, she'd pick flattering clothing for her figure and always look good.
